Role Description

This is a full-time Front Office Executive role located on-site in Lonavala. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for receptionist duties, managing front office operations, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills on a daily basis.

• Receptionist Duties and Front Office management experience
• Customer Service orientation
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Innkey PMS
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
