Job Description

The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of all reservations and guest details.
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages when necessary.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, lobby, and guest service area.
Assist with reservations, room assignments, and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and resolved in a timely manner.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and staff.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related field preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk operations is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be fluent in English(Knowing to speak Kannada is an added advantage)
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in computer software systems, including MS Office and hotel management software.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
