Job Purpose : - To lead the Front Office to provide the highest level of hospitality to all guests. Achieve total guest satisfaction by providing service best in class and maximize organizational profitability through effective use of resources.
Job Description
· A key position in customer services, being always the point of contact for visitors.
· Responsible for all interaction with the guest/visitors and effective co-ordination with the various departments for quality service to them.
· Responsible for greeting guests on arrival, ensuring their comfort during their visit, transport arrangement whenever required.
·Work in association with the Office Boy for effective office maintenance.
· Keeping Office Boy promptly and fully informed of all activities so that the required action can be taken when appropriate.
· Maintain a high standard of cleanliness with proper grooming of self & Office Asst
· Enhance relations with the guests/visitors.
· Ensuring a proper update of all records with respect to the guests/visitors.
· Handling in-ward and out-ward whenever required.
· Maintaining attendance of all staff.
· Help and assist others in organizing and running their departments.
· Making tele-calls as & when required.
· Keeping all contact numbers for use including emergency contact numbers.
· Keeping First-Aid Box ready to use available all the time.
· Keeping Manager-HR informed any issue that is related to office.
· To maintain the office decorum and ambience.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
