The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing all front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out, maintaining high service standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role includes supervising front office staff, handling reservations, resolving guest concerns, coordinating with housekeeping and F&B departments, and ensuring accurate billing and revenue control.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily front office operations and guest services
Manage reservations, room allocation, and occupancy
Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
Supervise and train front office team
Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
Coordinate with all departments for seamless operations
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
3–5 years experience in front office operations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
