Responsibility
▪︎ Managing Day to Day operation of the front desk, Reservation and concierge service
▪︎ Coaching your front office team to delivery exceptional guest experience with the brand SOP
▪︎ Engaging with guests to build personal relationship
▪︎Helping to prepare budgets and finding new ways to drive revenue from walk in and up selling to guests
▪︎ Implementating franchise brand SOP and attending brand weekly meetings with GM

▪︎ Bachelors Degree / higher education qualification / Business Administration
▪︎ 3 years of Front Office Supervisor
▪︎ Must speak fluent English
