Viable candidates must have 3-4 years luxury hotel experience in an operational Department Head role as a Department Head
Strong business and work ethic required
Ability to establish rapport quickly and positively is required
Above average communication skills - both written and oral - are required
Requires a working knowledge of Rooms division operations, policies, and standard operating procedures. 
Strong communication, administration and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask. 
Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and evenings
Able to organize, delegate & work under pressure
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Responsibilities
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Front Office, Telephone, Guest Services, Guest Relations, and Concierge Departments, ensuring a warm and memorable experience for all guests
Key responsibilities include managing the smooth and efficient registration and cashiering processes
The Front Office Manager leads a team of Department Heads, Assistant Managers, and Front Office staff, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of any guest concerns, requests, or special requirements
They review daily arrivals, VIPs, special requests, group needs, and room assignments, coordinating with the Housekeeping Department to meet guest expectations
Additionally, they collaborate with the Director of Revenue and Reservations Manager to align room availability and sales strategies, maximizing occupancy, revenue, and room rates
Takes feedback as an opportunity to help support growth
Works smart, organized and has a strategy to achieve goals

Qualifications:
• Viable candidates must have 3-4 years luxury hotel experience in an operational Department Head role as a Department Head
• Knowledge of property management systems required.  Opera knowledge preferred.
• Strong business and work ethic required.
• Candidates with a degree in hospitality, or similar, are preferred.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly and positively is required.
• Above average communication skills - both written and oral - are required.
• Requires a working knowledge of Rooms division operations, policies, and standard operating procedures. 
• Strong communication, administration and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
