Key Responsibilities:
• Managing front office team (scheduling, hiring, evaluations)
• * Setting service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
• * Budgeting and reporting (revenue, occupancy, expenses)
• * Coordinating with all department heads (housekeeping, F&B, etc.)
• * Handling VIP guests and high-level complaint resolution
• Skills Needed:
• Strong managerial and leadership skills
• * Financial and operational planning
• * In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
