Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer, Floor, and Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service center. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer experiences efficient workshop operations, and smooth administrative functions. The Customer, Floor, and Office Manager will be responsible for office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing front office operations, and maintaining effective communication. The role requires excellent customer service skills and a focus on providing a superior service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management:
• Greet and assist customers with their inquiries, service bookings, and complaints.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
• Manage customer service processes and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain customer records and update them regularly with service details and feedback.
• Upsell the offerings like Car-Service Package, Car Dent-repair, Repaint and Insurance Cashless repairs

Floor Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service floor, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance jobs.
• Monitor the workflow to ensure optimal use of resources and minimize downtime.
• Ensure the workshop is well-organized, clean, and adheres to safety regulations.

Office Management:
• Manage the administrative functions of the service center, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service center performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
• Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and maintain supplies inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of parts and materials.

Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and motivate the customer service and floor staff to achieve high performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates, performance, and areas for improvement.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive service industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and automotive management software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
