Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. If you are a people person with good organizational skills, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive.

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff.

- Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.

- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.

- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

- Perform basic administrative tasks like filing and data entry.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

- Professional and friendly attitude.
