Summer Hours: 8am – 5pm

Answering phone systems: This includes fielding customer questions, taking messages and orders, transferring calls, and putting callers on hold to handle multiple incoming calls at once

Computers & Data Entry: Must be able to operate a computer while handling email, data entry, calendar and scheduling apps, printing systems and word processing applications such as Microsoft

You will be performing a significant amount of data entry into our computer software program that is not user friendly

Taking Payments

Become familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer accounts: rates, billing structure, etc

B&B Portable Toilets is looking to hire a reliable and long-term front office desk position to oversee all receptionist duties at our main office in Blue Lake, CA. This position is FULL TIME, Monday – Friday. Our central goal is to provide customers with outstanding customer service and support. A successful candidate will be professional and friendly with outstanding people skills, while being able to multitask under a high stress environment.
