Candidate should have Pleasing Personality with good communication skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts and hospital experience are preferred.
Role & responsibilities
Maintain high levels of professionalism with patients while building strong relationships with each caller.
Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking information on doctors and specialists, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns.
Coordination between every department in the hospital and ensure smooth OPD flow
Ensuring excellent care and service to the patient
Should have experience in handling Billing.
