All applicants must be able to provide friendly, professional and personalised customer service. You must be flexible to work on a rotating roster, as well as be available to work on weekends and public holidays.The main duties and responsibilities of the position include:- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner- Promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales- Checking guests in and out- Tending to any guest needsThe successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment and passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting and up-selling accommodation services, excellent and well-articulated communication, excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, strong attention to detail, and work well within a team. You must also have a flexible can-do attitude, and be open to process changes where necessary.Prior experience in a similar role is not essential, however, it is preferred.Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Fixed termSalary: From $23.00 per hourSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Evening shift- Every weekend- Fixed shift- Flexible hours- Morning shift- On call- Public holidays- Shift work- Weekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:- Penalty ratesApplication Question(s):- What are the days available to work?Work Authorisation:- Australia (preferred)
