Job Description
Located on the banks of the Clyde River, BIG4 Nelligen Holiday Park offers a range of accommodation options for all budgets making it the perfect location for holiday makers.
We are currently looking for a casual front office receptionist to join our team.
The successful applicant must possess;
Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role
Reservation System Experience e.g., Newbook/RMS preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant.
Customer Service Experience
Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
High level of communication and written skills
Cash handling experience.
Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
Be available for an immediate start.
