Front Office Receptionist

Position Overview
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, ensuring they receive outstanding service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing phone calls and directing them appropriately
Greeting and assisting clients with a warm and professional demeanour
Organising and preparing meeting rooms for various events
Handling mail and courier deliveries efficiently
Processing client payments and managing banking tasks
Performing filing, scanning, and emailing duties
Providing refreshments to clients
Assisting with invoicing and debt collection
Preparing reports and statements as required
Offering general administrative support to the team
What You’ll Need
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proficiency in MS Office 365
Experience in an accounting firm and knowledge of XPM and Xero is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
