The Role

This role will be split across Front Office and Housekeeping. Your duties include but are not limited to:

Providing a high standard of customer service

Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts

Completing the day-to-day office administration

Clean and prepare guest accommodations and communal areas

What we look for

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry

Previous experience in a housekeeping role

Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience

Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A fun and enthusiastic personality

Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster including weekends

Current drivers licence essential
