Main Responsibilities:
• Manage the front office department, including reception, concierge, and reservations.
• Ensure seamless delivery of guest services, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Lead a team of front office staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
• Monitor and control costs, inventory, and productivity levels within the department.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting growth and development opportunities for staff.
