Job Responsibilities
MBA/CA with post qualification 2-5 years of experience in front office treasury with NBFC/HFC. Key role performed in past and required from the incumbent is stated below
- Raising funds for the Company through various avenues at competitive rates
- Senior fixed rate and floating rate Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Market Linked Debentures, Subordinated NCDs
- Commercial Papers
- Rupee term loans from Banks
- Over draft/working capital lines from Banks
- Refinance from National Housing Bank
- External Commercial Borrowings
- Asset Liability Management & review
- Efficiently manage the ALM to ensure the limits stipulated by regulator and Board are not breached
- Assessing the liquidity conditions of the Company & daily cash flow management
- Efficiently project, monitor and manage the liquidity to reduce negative carry
- Ensure sufficient funding at all times to ensure continuity of business operations
