MISSIONS

Position Profile:


With creativity, personal commitment and an emotional sense of true hospitality, make the most positive impact on guest experiences in the Front Office through consistent application of Oetker Collection's core practices.

With high integrity, ensure that guests experience the highest quality 5 diamond/5-star standards
Assisting with front office operations, guest reservations, handlining PBX operations, and taking in-room dining orders.
Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently

Process all payments according to established hotel requirements

Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors

Coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently.

Demonstrate creativity, personal commitment to service excellence and an emotional sense of gracious hospitality.
Exceed service expectations proactively, promptly, professionally, with genuine care to attention, detail and efficiency.
Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication, accuracy in transactions, respect, genuine kindness and a family spirit.
Maintain positive internal and external relationships, familiarity with local venues, attractions, restaurants, events, and luxury hospitality standards.
Undertake other ad hoc related responsibilities, as required.

Education & Experience:


Minimum 2 years of front office experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
Fluent in English; other languages considered an asset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be presently legal to work in the USA
