Frontend Developer/Principal Engineer
We are seeking a talented and highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer/Principal Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, user-centric frontend applications and Mobile Application (React Native). You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring our vision to life while ensuring that the products we deliver are scalable, responsive, and performant.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading the development and implementation of modern, user-friendly web applications using technologies such as JavaScript, React JS, React Native, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Maintaining code quality by ensuring the codebase is clean, maintainable, and adheres to best practices, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces that provide excellent user experiences.
• Working closely with backend developers, product managers, and other teams to define and implement new features and improvements.
• Optimizing frontend performance to improve the overall speed, usability, and scalability of the web applications.
• Writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability and functionality, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to help them grow professionally and improve their coding skills.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends in frontend technologies, React ecosystem, and mobile development, proposing and driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that improve the team's efficiency and product quality.
• Exhibiting strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Taking ownership of projects from start to finish and leading teams through the development lifecycle.
Preferred skills include React Js, React Native, Redux, Git, Modular Federation, HTML and CSS. Must have skills include React.js → 8 years, Redux → 6 years, React Native → 4 years, GIT → 4 years, Unix/Linux → 2 years. Good to have skills include Vercel AI(v0), Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js, Familiarity with backend technologies , semi structured data and No-Sql, Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployment, Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
