The vision of the DX UE group is to build next-generation products and developer ecosystem on the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Development of highly performant reusable backend services and shared UI components.
The Opportunity:
• Be part of Adobe Experience Cloud building next generation marketing and advertising products.
• Be part of a worldwide team building software using the latest technologies and the best of software development tools and processes.
What you'll Do:
This is an individual contributor position. Expectations will be on the below lines:
• Responsible for Front end design and delivery of new products on Adobe experience platform.
• Responsible for development and maintenance of SPA (single page app) user interfaces and components.
• Own the entire lifecycle of your product including design, development, documentation, deployment, troubleshooting, enhancements etc.
What you need to succeed:
• Engineering degree in software or equivalent.
• At least 10+ years of work experience in building modern UI and web products.
• Excellent programming and debugging skill in frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS etc.
• Excellent knowledge of how to build modern web applications which are cloud native, fault tolerant and highly scalable.
• Excellent knowledge of fundamentals of Computer Science like algorithms and data structures.
• Excellent communication skills. Willingness to work under pressure. Hunger to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience developing sophisticated front-end for web applications with responsive designs, modular and loosely coupled code.
• Experience with modern React, Javascript and frameworks.
• Extensive Knowledge of Web Standards and modern browsers, both at their API level and their internals is an added advantage (JS engines, browser performance, reflow, repaint, shadow DOM, progressive rendering, Service Workers, CDNs, CSS resetting, normalising, SCSS, etc.).
• Experience working with a large front-end codebase
• Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures and ability to debug
