About This Role
As a Front End Developer you will be responsible for translating the CMS design requirements such as figma to technical designs which includes enterprise-level architecture and implementing strategies using components of the CMS(Wordpress and Optimizely) to support multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with web developers, engineers, marketers, and designers to scale Zoom’s web production
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, web developers, visual designers, and business stakeholders to create custom web pages for global product launches, marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Develop Digital Consumer experiences using front end technologies such as HTML/JS/Jquery/React.
Work with architects to ensure that scalable solutions are created, alongside equally talented CMS engineers.
Should be able to create templates based on standard SEO standards.
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management implementation.
Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns are used.
Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide work breakdown and estimates of work
QUALIFICATIONS
4 plus years of creating user experience using front end technology(HTML5, CSS and JS library).
Expert level development skills using REST, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS, NodeJS and angularJS.
Experience with MVC based application development will have great add.
Experience migrating from existing CMS to Optimizely is a plus
Javascript Frameworks - preferred but not required
AngularJS v4+/React or any other JS Framework.
Good understanding of content management systems.
Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
Knowledge of version control systems such as github or gitlab is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot the code issues and recommend solutions.
