We are in search of a dynamic Junior UI/UX Developer with a critical eye for design and a passion for crafting user-centric interfaces. Your primary role will be to build aesthetically pleasing and seamless user interfaces by focusing on designing visual elements, user interaction flows, and the overall user experience. A successful candidate will bring a track record of working with modern frontend technologies, alongside a keen understanding of the latest trends in UI/UX design.
Salary Range: ₹ 50,000/month to ₹ 70,000/month (During the probation period, the salary will be 50% of the agreed amount)
Technical Requirements:
• Mandatory experience with TypeScript, React and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL/REST APIs, React Router, and a range of UI libraries.
• Familiarity with the functional programming paradigm.
• Proven experience with Jest for testing within a React environment.
• Solid understanding of project architecture and a history of working on team projects.
• A self-motivated individual with a propensity for learning and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities of a UI/UX Developer:
• UI Component Creation: Develop and implement UI components and integrate them efficiently with APIs to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Layout Design: Craft layouts for new features, focusing on user-friendly designs and consistent visual languages.
• Performance Optimisation: Consistently work towards enhancing the application's performance, ensuring quick load times and resolving bugs affecting functionality.
• UX Enhancement: Focus on optimising the user experience through intuitive design and seamless user flows, prioritising user satisfaction at every stage of the development process.
• Documentation and Testing: Create detailed documentation and carry out meticulous testing to guarantee the high functionality of all features developed.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in using essential technologies such as TypeScript, React, CSS/SASS/SCSS, and semanticHtml, along with a variety of UI libraries.
• Team Collaboration: Engage constructively with team members, embracing a collaborative approach to ensure the project aligns with predetermined goals.
