We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Front-end Developer to join our team.
As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact within a web application, which makes your role crucial for the success of our business.

Imaginit Labs is an innovation incubator. Our mission is to bring ingenious new concepts to market to make life better for us all. We currently have 10+ inventions in varying phases of the market research and vetting process, but recently we have been focusing on one invention, Visioneer.
Visioneer is a revolutionary new way to get things done. It allows a well resourced manager anywhere to seamlessly articulate your vision, get feedback from experts on risks and solutions, estimate costs and timelines, and can even automatically hire the right team to execute your vision.

As a Front-End Developer, you will:
• Receive wireframes from the frontend designer specifying the look and feel of a particular user interaction on the tool.
• Find a way to implement that design using as many off-the-shelf components as possible while keeping true to the artistic vision of the frontend designer.
• Provide feedback to the designer about what UI elements are easy to make and which ones require considerable custom development so that this can be taken into account earlier in the process.
• Implement the vision using HTMl, CSS, Vue, JavaScript, and (maybe) React.
• Parameterize the design so that each element (font sizes, color pallets, text, images, etc) can be thoroughly tested and optimized for conversions.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have:
• Ability to quickly and efficiently express visual designs in front-end code.
• Expert in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Fluent English
• Emotional Intelligence
• 3 years of experience with Vue or React
Preferred:
• 5 years of experience with Vue or React is a plus
Compensation:
• $8 USD-$16 USD per hour total compensation:
• 50% is in cash
• 50% in equity in the company - This means you become an owner of the company and if the company makes profit, you get part of it.
• For example, if there are 5 people working on the project, everyone puts in the same number of hours and is paid equally, when the company makes its first $1M in profit and distributes it to the owners, you would get $160,000 (1/5th of 80% of the total). As the company continues to make profit, you continue to get paid, even if you are no longer associated with the company (assuming your equity is fully vested). That means a decade from now you could still be getting checks in the mail as you reap the benefits of your hard work.
