The Role Responsibilities
Job Role
We're looking for skilled UI developer who has very good knowledge in Problem Solving and Analytical skills with good understanding of UI development knowledge.
Individual should be passionate about technology and think always about customer centric and focused design and development, and we also value specialised work expertise in micro frontend Architecture and provide value to Standard Chartered’ s Engineering excellence.

Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
Work with internal business teams, cross-functional engineering teams, and external vendors.
Effective conflict resolver and strong leadership skills to deliver on commitments and knowing when to say no to stakeholders.
Set and monitor job descriptions and performance goals for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performances.
Employ, engage and retain high quality people.

Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role.

Good and working experience in Java script, React JS and Redux.
Working experience to understand SQL queries in RDBMS and NO SQL Databases.

Role Specific Technical Competencies
4 years hands-on experience with Type Scripts and React JS
3 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle
Working experience IN either Relational or NO SQL databases
Drive and be accountable for technical delivery and work with your team on strategy and execution
Hands-on experience with development programming tools
Good experience in GraphQL Library
A commitment to follow SDLC process and Programming best practices always
DevOps knowledge (CI / CD pipelines)
Experience with a Testing framework and writing your own Unit and System tests
Java Script, React JS and Redux
