Position: UX/UI Designer

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design user interfaces that meet business objectives and user needs.
• Developing and maintaining design guidelines, patterns, and templates to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products.
• Conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback to refine design solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with new trends and technologies in UX/UI design.
• Balancing design aesthetic with functionality and usability.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
