Location: Gurgaon, Hybrid

About the Role We're looking for a Product-minded Front-End Developer who can seamlessly work across React Native (mobile) and ReactJS (web). This role is for someone who’s not just a coder, but a builder — someone who’s excited to bring products to life, deeply cares about user experience, and loves solving problems end-to-end.
You’ll work closely with design, backend, and product teams to ship intuitive features and improve performance across platforms. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love seeing your work directly impact users, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do Build and maintain scalable front-end features using ReactJS and React Native
Collaborate with product and design teams to convert wireframes into pixel-perfect UIs
Implement smooth animations and transitions to create delightful experiences
Write clean, modular code with reusable components
Optimize apps for maximum speed and responsiveness across devices
Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs
Participate in product discussions and own features from spec to release
Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues in production environments
Stay updated with modern front-end trends and best practices
You Should Have 3–5 years of experience with React Native and ReactJS
Strong command of Typescript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and testing libraries (Playwright).
Experience with state management tools like Redux / Context API
Familiarity with REST APIs, async data handling, and offline-first designs
A product mindset — you think about UX, edge cases, and business goals
Experience shipping and maintaining apps in production
Experience using AI coding tools like Cursor , GitHub Copilot , or similar to speed up dev workflows
Git proficiency and comfort working in agile teams
Bonus: Experience with animations (Reanimated, Framer Motion)
Nice to Have Prior startup or consumer app experience
Experience with performance monitoring tools (Sentry, Firebase, etc.)
Exposure to CI/CD and mobile deployment (App Store, Play Store)
