Frontend Engineer 3
Experience: 7-10 yearsMust-Have: HTML, CSS, React js, Redux, JavaScript
QUALIFICATION:• Bachelors in Engineering from a reputed institute
EXPERIENCE:• 5+ years of experience in Frontend and 3+ years of ReactJs experience contributing, preferably architecting web applications, & optimizing them for scale and performance.• Good experience and understanding of state management libraries like Redux.• In-depth understanding of ReactJs, NextJs, Redux & JavaScript internals, HTML & CSS, in addition to extensive experience.• Good communication skills, good leadership skills, attention to detail, a sound understanding of algorithms, and object-oriented programming.• Experience with building & scaling interactive Front-end applications involving complex UI is a must.• Experience in mobile application development in React Native would be a plus.
KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for architecting the Front-end framework for both web applications as well as mobile applications to solve complex designs and interactions.• Own all frontend work and tech stack.• Participate in scoping and planning work• Be a thought leader in Front-end technologies and space.• Build a front-end team, mentor and coach them to pick up front-end tech, and manage them to meet the project timeline
