By maximizing buying opportunities, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring an exceptional user experience
We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer for our Ads Platform team in Bangalore, India as we scale the team for the next phase of growth.
What You Will Do
• Build core components of Rippling’s Ads Platform, powering in-product cross-sell and product-led growth through tools like campaign management, audience targeting, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate product requirements into well-designed, intuitive user experiences.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, write clean, maintainable code, and participate in code reviews to uphold a high engineering standard.
• Take ownership of medium-to-large projects and drive them to completion with guidance from senior engineers and tech leads.
• Use data and user feedback to continuously improve the usability and impact of the Ads Platform.
What You Will Need
• 3+ years of experience in front-end engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of JS fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (especially ES6+), React, HTML, and CSS, and unit and integration testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of front-end performance optimisation techniques.
• Familiarity with creating engaging and scalable interfaces within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in an environment that encourages autonomy and innovation to devise creative frontend solutions.
• Bonus point: experience in Ads / Growth domain
