About this role
Our mission within our order management team is to provide a compelling experience that allows customers to place orders with confidence and efficiently manage their store inventory. You will work alongside product and design to ensure our customers have the best order experience possible.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketing to contribute to the success of the business and the engineering platform
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, working on projects within your team
Understand our customers to build user-centric experiences
Optimize web applications for peak performance and scalability, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, fast, and scalable code
Qualifications
2+ years of experience
Proficient in HTML, CSS, Typescript, and frameworks/libraries like React
Experience in building responsive and user-centric web applications
Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience
A love for technology, and an insatiable curiosity for new tools to solve real problems

Salary range:
Canada: the pay range for this role is $125,000 - $157,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Effective January 2026, Faire employees will be expected to go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
