Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development and experience leading teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for our web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Develop and implement clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end applications with APIs.
• Conduct thorough testing of UI components and applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug UI issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
• Lead a team of 5-6 developers in an onsite-offshore model, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Work directly with clients on a day-to-day basis, gathering requirements and addressing their needs.
• Negotiate with clients on estimates and delivery timelines.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects while meeting client expectations.
• Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in Angular, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (Angular).
• Strong in CSS, JavaScript & Bootstrap.
• Should have worked on Angular.
• Good fundamental knowledge of Rest Services, and DB Querying, JMS, TDD, JQuery.
• Ability to pick up new technologies.
• Willingness to learn and understand the business domain.
• Ability to meet client needs without sacrificing deadlines and quality.
• Ability to work effectively within a global team.
• Able to negotiate with customers on estimates and delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication skills.
