Position Summary:
As a Frontend Software Engineer at Hexure, you'll design, develop, and implement responsive, React-based user interfaces for our innovative suite of Insurance Industry software applications supporting the entire workflow of Quoting, Illustrations, Application and Signing for Life Insurance and Annuities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll translate design concepts and user requirements into high-quality, responsive solutions. Utilizing your expertise in React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Design you'll create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces to enhance user experience.

• Deliverables and Performance Measures:
• Develop user-facing features using front-end technologies, ensuring they align with project requirements and contribute to an enhanced user experience.
• Contribute to translating design concepts alongside UX/UI designers into functional and interactive web components.
• Optimize user interfaces for maximum efficiency and scalability, focusing on responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Collaborate with back-end and full-stack developers to facilitate the integration of front-end components with back-end APIs, ensuring cohesive platform functionality.
• Contribute to developing and refining new user interfaces, creating reusable and modular components that serve multiple projects and aid in the evolution of the company's product offerings.
• Engage with the code review process, offering constructive feedback to peers to help improve code quality.
• Work closely with engineering leads, product owners, project managers, and others to ensure a consistent and effective product development lifecycle.
Commit to staying informed about the latest technologies and protocols in web-based applications to enhance personal skills and product quality continually.
• What will make you successful:
• 5+ Years Full-Time React Experience required
• 5+ Years Additional Full-Time JavaScript Experience required
• Experience with GIT for version control
• Experience with modern web technologies and techniques such as HTML5, CSS3, CSS frameworks and CSS pre-processors
• Experience with jQuery, Node.js, JavaScript build tools, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, React, along with the knowledge of when to use them.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design, as well as cross-browser development and testing
• Experience building rich data-driven web applications by consuming RESTful services and APIs
Familiar with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD.

Expected hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support deployments and other work demands .
