Job Description:
This is an Administration Assistant / Receptionist role that requires exceptional customer service skills, excellent organisational skills, and a bright and friendly disposition. You will be responsible for maintaining bookings and schedules for Allied Health clinicians, processing receipts, and managing finances. You will also field internal and external queries and provide additional support as needed. Experience using CIM, CRM, and Google Suite would be an advantage in this role.

Develop positive working relationships with clients and staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Provide high-quality administrative support to the team
