Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and friendly individual for a meaningful role as a Permanent Part-Time Client Services Worker. The successful candidate will provide a professional, warm, friendly, and supportive interface between RA Tas clients, practitioners, visitors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Provide a confidential, professional, and responsive service to RA Tas clients by phone and in person
Assist clients with their needs and concerns
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Customer service and front-of-house experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly developed administrative skills
Able to multitask and work in a team
