To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective .Review training content & timely upgradeMotivated the students for placementEnsure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework ,QP . Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interestedMonitor class attendanceEnsure referrals from the students for upcoming batchesKnowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job rolesCarryout the internal assessmentsEnsure soft skill training such as Interpersonal Skills ,Communication Skill,Behavioural skillsEnsure proper MIS reports to H.O.D.
