About Us:
The Agostino Group is a 100% South Australian owned company with its head office based in Adelaide. We own and operate a number of AMPM Petrol and Convenience stores across South Australia in addition to multiple fast-food restaurants including Carl’s Jr and Subway.
We are currently seeking to appoint a number of casual customer service representatives to join our team in our Roseworthy store.
The Role:
Reporting to the Store Manager you will play an integral part in delivering fast, friendly, and profitable customer service in a safe and clean site.
You will be responsible for providing superior customer satisfaction each time through established principles, proper procedures, and sound business judgement.
Some of your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to.
Customer Service
Cash handling
Stock control
Safe food handling
Barista work (depending on site)
Lotteries (depending on site)
These positions will require availability across days, afternoons, and nights (depending on our store’s needs). Due to the nature of the industry, you will be expected to work public holidays as well.
About You:
Ideally you will have a confident, friendly, and attentive personality that enjoys customer interaction. You will possess effective communication skills and be able to read and write in English with basic mathematical skills. Having an ability to work on your feet for long periods and demonstrating self-motivation while working alone will serve you well in this role.
