Additional Information:
This role is Permanent Part Time, 60hrs/fortnight
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
About this work area
As Fulfilment Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Supervising the daily operations of the Fulfilment team to secure efficient and safe goods flow processes, including securing a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
Ensuring that every customer has a consistent and excellent shopping experience by motivating the team to provide the highest goods availability through timely executions.
Providing feedback on team performance, and analysing and providing effective solutions where needed, to optimise commerciality and secure excellence in operations.
Contributing to the implementation of the unit business plan and other action plans including the implementation of the global and national sustainability strategies.

Passionate about stock & supply chain, providing excellent stock availability, & our customers life at home.
Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and can influence and communicate effectively on all levels.
