Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable and resourceful individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment. This role combines finance, HR, insurance, and administrative tasks. You’ll be the central figure ensuring our internal operations run smoothly—handling everything from payroll to employee onboarding.
Responsibilities
MUST BE A NOTARY
Manage daily bookkeeping and reporting in QuickBooks
Prepare and file taxes with accuracy and timeliness
Process payroll across all locations
Oversee HR functions, including onboarding and records management
Coordinate insurance renewals and maintain compliance documentation
Serve as the company’s notary when needed
Assist in preparing financial reports and support budgeting efforts
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Experience with tax preparation and payroll systems (e.g., Gusto, ADP)
Familiarity with HR procedures and benefits administration
Understanding of insurance policies and vendor interactions
Certified Notary
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bonus Skills
Background in small business or startup environments
Process improvement experience
Comfort managing diverse administrative tasks
