Overview Of The Full-Charge Bookkeeper Role
• Accounts payable: process between 30-50 invoices weekly
• Accounts receivable: billing, sending paper and virtual invoices
• Answer client phone calls; research and resolve routine account inquires and discrepancies
• Process payroll, including taxes and 401k items, for 30 employees; distribute statements to employees
• Prepare quarterly and annual state tax and sales tax reports
• Month end close duties include standard journal entries, financial statements, and bank reconciliations

Preferred Qualifications For The Full-Charge Bookkeeper
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Bookkeeping or Accounting role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

Salary: $48,680.00 - $59,680.00

The Full-Charge Bookkeeper role is fully onsite in Elkhart, Indiana.
