Responsibilities

Manage cases from start to finish, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions, and pre-trial motions, and manage trials, as needed
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on complex healthcare matters
Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients to build strong defense strategies
Stay up-to-date on medical malpractice laws, regulations, and best practices
