Position: Full-Stack AI Engineer (Voice Interface & Automation)
Agilow is building the world’s first voice-driven project management and coaching platform. We combine the discipline of Agile with the empathy of leadership coaching—powered by AI.
We’re backed by Carnegie Mellon University, Jackson Square Ventures, and other top startup networks across Silicon Valley and Asia.
We’re looking for a full-stack engineer to help us ship fast, iterate weekly, and turn our prototype into a polished MVP. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build a product that helps startup teams set goals, track work, and stay aligned—just by talking.
Success in this role means deploying features quickly, owning integration challenges, and helping us launch a product that customers love using in real-world workflows.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain web interfaces using Streamlit or React
Implement backend systems with Python, FastAPI, and OpenAI APIs
Integrate third-party tools like Trello, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
Set up deployment pipelines with Vercel, AWS, or Firebase
Collaborate closely with the founders in Agile sprints (weekly standups and retros)
Deliver well-documented, testable, and reusable code
Help design intuitive workflows for voice and chatbot interfaces
Contribute to a positive, async-friendly engineering culture
Qualifications:
Proven experience shipping web or mobile apps — please be ready to share links or demos of products you’ve built
Strong experience with Python and REST APIs
Familiarity with React or Streamlit for frontend development
Experience integrating external APIs (e.g. Trello, Notion, Slack)
Bonus:
Knowledge of voice processing (Whisper, PyAudio) or OpenAI APIs
Ability to manage time and priorities independently
Excellent communication and a team-first mindset
