We are looking for a Full Stack Developer either PHP or MERN (React) stacks.
The ideal candidate is someone who is equally strong in frontend and backend development and can take ownership of system architecture, mentor team members, and ensure scalability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full stack development using React JS (MERN Stack) or PHP Laravel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product teams
Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices
Manage hosting, VPS (Linux), Firebase and infrastructure as needed
Drive improvements in code quality, application performance.
Help plan and prioritize product roadmap items with the core team
Ensure proper documentation, deployment practices, and ongoing support
