Role Description
Full stack developer with 5+ years of hands on experience in requirements analysis, technical design, full stack development of high performing financial applications using large scale data solutions using latest technology stacks.
The developer will work on challenging projects and interact with project and client team for a wide range of business applications and product/IP development. This role provides significant growth opportunity for a hands-on developer who can deliver scalable solutions to complex financial problems.
Taking ownership to meet deadlines with high quality deliverables is essential. As a senior member of the team, you will develop solutions with the right architecture and technology, and build creative solutions that are economically feasible and operationally efficient.
High volume transaction processing, front-end to application layer and back-end DB components development with performance optimization - are required skills to succeed in this role.
Finally, a commitment to quality, timeliness, clean design and client satisfaction are essential. Excellent communication skills are required for clients communication and demo/illustrations etc.
Qualifications
Data Engineering/Science:
Python, SQL, Scala, Java, Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Hadoop, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, Big Query etc.
Cloud: AWS (Glue, S3), Azure, GCP, ETL/ELT Pipelines
Front end: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript/JQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, React or similar
Middle tier:
Java, Spring boot, Web Api Azure cloud/Graph APIs etc.
Back end: MS SQL Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, NOSQL
RESTful API, JSON, XML, Microservices, Web API, MQ/Topic, Kafka and similar technologies
Integration/Batch automation: API, micro-services, ETL (Pentaho, Informatica) and batch automation (Tidal, Autosys)
SDLC management:
Azure, Git, Perforce, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, etc.
Experience in scalability improvement and performance optimization
UI/UX design using Wire framing (Figma, Adobe etc.)
Dev Ops, CI, automated build, Cloud native development and deployment
User documentation and efficient communication
Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
