We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who can help us create and scale powerful digital products, automation systems, and AI-integrated platforms that enhance student learning and client results.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain web applications, dashboards, and automation tools for the company's academy and agency operations.
Work on both front-end and back-end development with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
Build interactive features, lead forms, APIs, and integration systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, payment gateways, learning management systems).
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and operations teams to implement user-friendly interfaces and backend logic.
Manage database structures, implement security and data protection practices.
Optimize code for speed, SEO, and cross-platform compatibility.
Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment using modern CI/CD tools.
Required Skills & TechnologiesFrontend:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 ), / / Angular
Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS / Material UI
Backend:
, / Python (Django / Flask) / PHP (Laravel preferred)
Database:
MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL

RESTful APIs, JSON, JWT Authentication
Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean)
Basic understanding of Zoho API integrations (preferred but not mandatory)
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent understanding of UI/UX and clean code architecture.
