Job brief
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Developing front end website architecture
• Developing back-end website applications
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and application
• Designing and developing APIs
• Create security and data protection settings
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS and React JS.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Java, PHP, and Golang.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Familiarity with common stacks like Django, Laravel & Gin-Gonic
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Educational & Experience Requirement
• BE/B. Tech. in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years’ Experience in developing GUI/Webpages/Websites & Web
