Team Lead (Full Stack Developer)
A candidate with efficiency in writing reusable and efficient code with design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability performant application.
Expert in python and with knowledge of at least one Python web framework as
Django/Django REST (Flask, etc. will be appreciated).
Implementation of security and data protection.
Integration of data storage solutions.
Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies. Understanding of accessibility and security compliance (depending on the specific project).
Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
Proven experience of leading a small cross-functional team with backend & frontend engineers, QA engineers, and designers.

Work experience with data modelling and feature engineering is a plus.

(MongoDB). Understanding of in-memory databases like Redis is plus.
Distributed data processing queue/scheduler designs, e.g. Celery, Redis Queue

Socket Programming with Django Channels and WebSocket
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Hands on experience with Vue.js is plus
Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2, and Mako
A desire and interest to learn and work in the Docker ecosystem
Strong unit test and debugging skills
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Basic knowledge of cloud technologies like Docker, OpenStack, Kubernetes, AWS,
GCP and Azure.
Experience with Ansible a plus
Knowledge of deployment frameworks e.g., Fabric, Docker
Use of Continuous Integration frameworks e.g., Jenkins, Travis, Bamboo
Linux system administration
Experience with TDD and ability to write quality unit tests is plus
