This opportunity will be a Work-From-Home (majority of our team members are from Kolkata) but you have all the freedom to work from anywhere. We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with a passion for technology to join our team and strengthen the IT web-applications and upgrade them as per the need of the hour.
As a developer, you’ll work closely with internal team members (Digital Marketing Experts, SEO Specialists, Content Developers) apart from thought leaders to produce, upgrade and maintain a wide variety of web-based portals and applications.

- The candidate will be a subject matter expert responsible for design, development, and implementation of various web-applications in the area of E-commerce and Customer Engagement including home-grown CRM.
- The person should have the ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.

- Expertise in PHP, MySQL, OpenCart, WordPress, Laravel, mobile app development, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Bare Metal Server, and cPanel: Should have extensive knowledge and experience in all these technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills: We are looking for a developer who can analyse complex problems, break them down into smaller components, and create solutions that are both efficient and scalable.
- Excellent coding skills: should have strong coding skills and be able to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Good understanding of database management: should have experience working with MySQL databases and be able to create efficient database schemas and queries.
- Familiarity with version control systems: should be familiar with version control systems like Git, SVN, and Mercurial.
- Excellent communication skills in English: who can communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Good communication skills are essential for successful collaboration and teamwork.

- Understanding the existing code: The coder should have a strong understanding of the codebase, including the programming languages, frameworks, libraries, and tools used to build the website.
- Familiarity with version control systems: The coder should be familiar with version control systems like Git, SVN, and Mercurial to be able to manage changes to the codebase.
- Debugging skills: The coder should be able to identify and fix bugs in the code, as well as troubleshoot issues with the website's functionality.
- Testing skills: The coder should be able to create and run tests to ensure that the website is functioning as intended.
- Security knowledge: The coder should be aware of common security vulnerabilities and can identify and fix security issues in the code.
- Documentation skills: The coder should be able to document the codebase, including any changes made, to ensure that others can understand and work with the code.
- Communication skills: The coder should be able to communicate effectively with the previous developer or team to understand the codebase and any issues or challenges faced.
- Flexibility and adaptability: The coder should be able to work with existing code and adapt to any existing development processes or methodologies in use.
- Experience with the website's specific technology stack: The coder should have experience with the specific technology stack used to build the website, including programming languages, frameworks, libraries, and tools.
