Job Summary:
As a Software Business Analyst, you will be responsible for for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working with the development team to implement solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the software development process meets the needs of the business.
Job Responsibility:
● Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
● Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications that can be used by software development teams.
● Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement
● Communicate effectively with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
● Assist in testing software applications to ensure that they meet business requirements.
● Identify risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets and provide solutions to mitigate these risks.
● Provide training and support to end-users
● Analyze and report on project metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Specification / Skills / Experience:
In addition to possessing good communication skills, being self-motivated, focused on delivery and paying attention
to detail, the candidate should have excellent knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Primary skills (Must have):
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and/or Scrum.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Secondary skills (Nice to have):
● Knowledge of software development tools and technologies
● A Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
