1. 4 to 6 years of experience in .Net and SQL Server
2. 2 yearsof experience as Lead,managing a teamof atleast3-5members.
3. Should havemanagedmore than one project at a time.
4. WorkingExperience inASP.Net2.0/3.5/4.0usingC#,ADO.Net,Web service,etc.
5. GoodKnowledge of database design and its concepts.
6. Workingexperience in T-SQL, Triggers, Indexing, etc.
7. Knowledge of MS-SQL Performance tuningpreferred.
8. Working experience inRDLC, SSRS, Crystal Reports,Web services, etc.
+. Strong knowledge and understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
process and exposure toSilver Light.
10. Shouldhave good exposure to software products development cycle.
11. Exposureto Payment-gateway will be added advantage.
12. Experiencewith SEI-CMMstandardcoding&documentation practices
13. Experience in thee-Governance domainwill be addedadvantage.
14. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and
clear fashion.
15. Preparefull-scaletechnicaldocuments associatedwith the projects.
16. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other
stakeholders.
17. Provide technical leadership required for project implementation through design
