Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with a Full Stack Development skill set in React, JS, Node JS, and API development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization and experience with GraphQL or similar technology. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, collaborating with other departments, and overseeing the entire development process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of developers to design, develop and implement innovative software solutions for the healthcare industry.
· Collaborate with other departments, including product management and quality assurance, to ensure the development process is aligned with business needs.
· Build and maintain web applications using React, JS, Node JS, and API development.
· Design and implement data visualization solutions using GraphQL or similar technology.
· Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the development process to ensure efficiency and quality.
· Provide technical guidance to team members and actively participate in code reviews.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development using React, JS, Node JS, and API development.
· Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
· Knowledge of back-end languages- (e.g Java, Python).
· Strong understanding of data visualization and experience with GraphQL or similar technology.
· Proven experience leading a team of developers and collaborating with other departments.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
