We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in PHP programming and extensive experience with WordPress. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and websites, ensuring high performance and excellent user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and content creators, to deliver top-notch solutions that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins, utilizing PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create scalable and secure solutions.
2. Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing front-end interfaces that adhere to industry best practices and responsive design principles.
3. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure optimal performance, browser compatibility, and adherence to project requirements.
4. Optimize website performance by implementing efficient coding techniques, caching mechanisms, and database optimization strategies.
5. Integrate third-party APIs and services, such as payment gateways, social media platforms, and analytics tools, to enhance website functionality.
6. Collaborate with back-end developers to design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in web development, PHP, WordPress, and related technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements, estimate timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on PHP and WordPress development.
3. Strong proficiency in PHP programming language, including experience with frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
4. In-depth knowledge of WordPress CMS, including custom theme and plugin development.
5. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like jQuery or React), and responsive design principles.
6. Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases and writing efficient database queries.
7. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows.
8. Solid understanding of web security principles and best practices.
